Cours

Navigation of website, checking the status of opportunities, quotations and orders and following up on tickets are the topics covered within.

Are you creating a site design but the map from Google or Bing is not updated? This course will illustrate how to create a NIO map from a CAD drawing.

This course covers the full track lifecycle, methods for retrieving and interpreting track data, PTZ camera operation, and essential daily system workflows.

Included is a PowerPoint presentation covering these topics.

This course covers the theoretical and practical principles of radar placement, including positioning relative to other radars, installation locations, and the types of radars used.

Course Overview: This course equips participants with the essential skills to maintain and troubleshoot Spotter radar systems and NIO. Students will master radar connectivity, power and networking diagnostics, and the resolution of complex RF issues—including saturation, interference, and jamming. Additionally, the curriculum covers official escalation protocols for advanced technical support.
